The ingredients needed for baking must be removed from the refrigerator in advance, they must be at room temperature. In a bowl, put the softened and chopped butter into pieces.

    It can be replaced with margarine if desired, it will turn out to be more budget-friendly. Add sugar and salt, rub with a blender, mixer or spoon. Pour the sifted wheat flour into a bowl with butter, rub the mass into crumbs.

    In another bowl, drive in a chicken egg, pour in kefir, add baking powder. Mix with a mixer until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

    The dough should be smooth and elastic. We wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour. A piece of butter to lubricate the dough is melted in a water bath.
