Cooking method

1. Actively mix warm milk and yeast.
2. Add the melted butter and continue to mix.
3. We perform similar actions with kefir.
4. Add sugar, salt and two eggs and mix everything thoroughly again.
5. Sift the flour and knead the dough until it stops sticking to your hands.
6. We leave the dough covered with a towel or cling film for about an hour. We take out the dough, knead it again and put it on for another hour.
7. Before forming our future bagels, we again knead the dough in flour and divide it into equal parts. We roll out each part of the dough, forming a circle for convenience.
8. Cut into triangles (according to the principle of slicing pizza).
9. We spread jam on each triangle and roll up the tube to the center.
10. We put them on a baking sheet not very tightly, because during baking they grow in size
11. .Beat 2 egg yolks to lubricate the bagels, sprinkle with poppy seeds on top.
12. Put in a preheated oven to 180 * C for 30 minutes until a golden crust appears.
