A very unusual but delicious version of cooking chicken. Of course, this is a non-standard way of cooking chicken with potatoes. Someone will say "Isn't it easier to cook such a dish in a sleeve?". But, I assure you, chicken cooked in this way will not compare with it, and if you add potatoes, as in this recipe, we get a full dinner. We cook without adding oil, the dish is prepared only in its juice. Served with a light vegetable salad.
