Apple and cinnamon puffs

Cooking method

Cooking time: 50 min

1. Wash the apples, cut them into small cubes, removing the apple cores, put them in a bowl.

2. Add sugar and cinnamon to the apples and mix.

3. Roll out the dough into layers, cut out the same circles of the desired size (puffs can be made both small and large).

4. Put the apple filling on half of the circles.

5. Cover the top with the rest of the circles, decorate the junction of the circles with a fork.

6. Place the puffs on a baking sheet lined with parchment.

7. Sprinkle the puffs with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar on top.

8. Put the baking sheet in the oven and bake the puffs until ready (browning) for 15 minutes. The temperature is 200 degrees Celsius.
