Buns - soft, rich, lush! Just like when I was a kid. Cooking is not very difficult, but it is necessary to follow the recipe clearly, otherwise the buns may not turn out perfect. In this recipe everything is painted in great detail, so you don't have to worry - there will be delicious pastries! :)

So, first we prepare the sourdough. To do this, mix the specified amount of warm (but not hot) milk and water in a deep container. We crumble fresh yeast into this mixture, mix it so that they disperse. Next, add flour, knead, cover the container with a clean dry towel. We put the sourdough in a warm place for 3 hours.

When this time has passed, you can prepare the dough. Pour water into another deep container (it should be slightly warm), crumble the yeast, mix. Pour granulated sugar and salt into the same bowl. Mix everything and put it in a sponge. We interfere until the connection.

Now for the future dough, break the eggs and sift the flour, knead the dough and knead it for 10-15 minutes. After adding the melted and completely cooled margarine, mix everything. The dough should eventually turn out to be incredibly soft and tender, it will stick to your hands a little. We form a bun from the dough, put it on the bottom of a large container, cover it with a towel and leave it for 2 hours at room temperature.

Next, we divide the dough into 15-20 parts, from which we form buns - future buns. Grease the baking sheet with a small amount of vegetable oil and spread the formed buns on it at some distance from each other. Cover the baking sheet with a clean towel, let the blanks stand for 1.5 hours. After that, lightly beat the egg in a glass and grease the buns with it on top.

We put a baking sheet with buns in an oven preheated to 200 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes - until ruddy.

Everything is ready!
