This is the case when something delicious, and in addition also useful, can be cooked very quickly and easily. In the morning for breakfast, as a snack for children to school or for yourself, for an afternoon snack, for an evening tea with the family... And really, universal baking! Cookies are perfect for those people who are trying to keep track of their figure and eat the most useful and low-calorie treats.

The way to prepare this baking is extremely simple, and we start by opening the package with muesli. Muesli in this case, we choose oatmeal. We put them in a spacious bowl, we also break the chicken egg there, which must first be thoroughly washed and wiped dry with a napkin. Add a little sugar (this is not necessary), put dried fruits - if desired.

Mix everything, and then pour the resulting mass with kefir and stir again. When all the ingredients in the bowl are combined, the mixture should be left to swell for 45 minutes. After this time, the "dough" for cookies will be ready.

We line the baking sheet with parchment and begin to form the future cookies. It is not difficult to do this and even interesting - we just pinch off a little dough, form a bun and flatten it to make a flat cookie - this way it will bake better. We put the future cookies on the prepared baking sheet. We put the go not close to each other, we maintain a distance of a couple of centimeters.

Next, place the baking sheet in the oven that has had time to warm up for 35-45 minutes. The time depends on the type and characteristics of the oven. Cookies should become ruddy, with a crust. At the same time, the cookies inside should remain quite soft - you should not over-dry it (although, perhaps, someone will like this option more).

Let the cookies cool down and serve it to the table. A healthy treat can be served with coffee, cocoa, milk and other drinks.

Bon appetit!
