Salad with arugula and cherry tomatoes from baked beef

This restaurant-level dish is easy to cook at home. I had a small bunch of arugula and a piece of mozzarella in the refrigerator, which I urgently needed to attach somewhere. That's how this salad appeared. It turned out to be extremely tasty. The combination of baked beef with mozzarella is simply divine. The combination of arugula, mozzarella and cherry gives the salad an Italian charm.

It is better to prepare mayonnaise yourself. It will be tastier and healthier. See here interesting recipes for homemade mayonnaise.
Also, as a dressing, you can use not only mayonnaise, but also sour cream or natural yogurt. They can be taken separately or mixed with mayonnaise in any proportion to your taste - this will reduce the calorie content of the dish.

Choose juicy tomatoes, but dense. Soft fruits do not keep their shape well, in the process of slicing and cooking they will spread into a shapeless mass and spoil the appearance of the dish.
