Baked chicken fillet with tomatoes and cheese

An original and simple snack for any holiday. Guests and relatives were pleasantly surprised to find such an unusual tomato filling in tomatoes.

    Preheat the frying pan, pour sunflower oil into it and fry the finely chopped bell peppers and onions for about 10 minutes.

    Separately fry finely diced chicken fillet until half cooked.

    Then add to it our roasting of pepper, onion and garlic, as well as corn, salt, cumin, ground pepper. Stir and fry for another 5 minutes on low heat.

    Cut off the top of the tomato and remove the pulp.

    Fill tomatoes with stuffing. On top of the filling, we tightly stack the grated cheese. You can also lightly sprinkle the cheese with ground pepper on top.

    Preheat the oven to 170-180 degrees. Bake tomatoes for 10 minutes. The finished dish can be decorated with herbs.
