Such rolls can be made from any meat. In this recipe, I wanted to combine zucchini and ham with my favorite beef. It seemed to me that such a filling would provide juiciness to the rolls and I was not mistaken. In addition to ham, you can use any smoked or boiled-smoked slicing.
