1. Pour oat flakes, sugar, flour, soda and citric acid into a bowl.

2. Melt the butter until soft in the microwave or on the stove, pour it to the dry ingredients, mix.

3. Add liquid honey to the resulting mass and break the egg, mix again.

4. Spread the dough with a spoon on a baking sheet lined with parchment and send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees .

5. Bake cookies for 13-15 minutes, it should be browned.
