Cottage cheese cake without gelatin with lemon

Instead of lemon, you can add orange pulp and zest to the cream. You can make a full-fledged round cake from several cakes smeared with cream. I wanted to make such a long single-layer cake. Cottage cheese can be added to the cream and half less.
