Sweet cake for tea in a matter of minutes - it can't be easier! Every housewife should have simple and "quick" recipes in stock "just in case". For example, a very quick cake for tea is easy to prepare without eggs in the composition with any available jam. Due to the fact that the pie is without eggs, it is even easier to prepare, you do not need to knead the dough. It is enough to grind margarine with sugar, flour and baking powder and the dough is ready. This is the simplest analogue of a grated pie recipe.

Softened margarine is ground with sugar until the sugar is completely dissolved. Pour the flour sifted and mixed with baking powder and knead the dough. Just rub it into a crumb with your hands and the dough is ready.
Pour 2/3 of the dough into a greased form. We put jam on top with a teaspoon (it's better to take it not very liquid, but also not quite thick, otherwise the pie will be too dry, you need the dough to soak a little liquid from the jam). Fill the jam with the remains of the dough. And bake such a pie for 20 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
We take it out, cool it, cut it into pieces and serve it with tea or coffee.

If you don't want to add baking powder to the dough, you can replace it with soda. The proportions will be as follows: 1 teaspoon of baking powder = ½ teaspoon of soda + ¼ teaspoon of table vinegar. If the recipe specifies less baking powder than 1 tsp, the proportions of soda and vinegar will also be less than those indicated, be careful.
