Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 30 min

1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, put a saucepan with salted water on the stove and bring the water to a boil.

2. At this time, we prepare the ingredients:

- my cauliflower, remove the leaves and cut into inflorescences,

- my onion, dry and finely chop,

- three cheese on a medium grater,

- fill the peas with water, then throw them into a colander.

3. When the water boils, we put the cauliflower in a saucepan, cook for three minutes and throw it into a colander.

4. In a separate bowl, pour corn flour, pour it with 2 tablespoons of milk, mix well. Then add the rest of the milk and sour cream, whisk with a whisk. Spread the mixture into two different bowls. Add Dijon mustard to the first one and mix well. In the second, add the zest from the lemon (try to cut off only the yellow layer, only about half a teaspoon) and mix too.

5. Cut the fish fillet into large pieces (about 3-4 cm), put a baking dish on the bottom (a shape with a diameter of 24 cm is well suited).

6. Together with the fish, put the shrimp and peas on the bottom, put the lemon mixture on top, smooth it out.

7. Now lay out a layer of cauliflower, pour mustard mixture on top, sprinkle with grated cheese.

8. Put the mold in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes.

9. Sprinkle the finished dish with finely chopped green onions.

10. Cut the remaining lemon into slices and serve the finished dish with them.

Bon appetit!
