Bread with seeds

Delicious crispy treats with your own hands? Cook! Loaves with seeds will completely replace or become a slightly more useful alternative to the usual bread. Serve them best for breakfast, and you can also take them with you to work or school as a snack. Such loaves can be prepared in reserve, but they must be stored in an airtight container.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 25 min

1. In a suitable container, mix flour and oat flakes.

2. Add the remaining bulk ingredients, mix thoroughly.

3. Pour in the water, mix and leave the mass for 15 minutes.

4. We line the baking sheet with parchment, lubricate it with vegetable oil on top.

5. Spread the dough, level it. The layer should be thin and uniform.

6. Carefully cut the dough into rectangles with a knife (in principle, the shape of the loaves can be any).

7. Sprinkle the bread with seeds on top.

8. We send the baking sheet to a preheated 180 degree oven for 35 minutes.

9. Reduce the heat to 160 degrees and cook the loaves for another 15 minutes. They should turn out crispy (you may have to increase or decrease the time slightly).

10. When the loaves are completely cooled, they can be stored in an airtight container. Or immediately serve to the table :)

Bon appetit!
