Lava cake

Lava cake or fondue cake with liquid chocolate filling. Chocolate-pre-chocolate cupcake. The dough is prepared in a few minutes. The main thing is not to overdo the cake in the oven and bake only on low heat. Every minute is important - while I was taking two cupcakes out of the oven, the third one almost completely seized. It is better to serve these cupcakes right away - until the filling has become viscous and can flow beautifully from the cut. Serve better with fresh berries and ice cream.

Well, I finally got to the fountain.
With this recipe I open a series of photos called "Red and Black". The main idea of the cycle is to use red and black colors in photographs. The title of the cycle is closely related to the novel of the same name by Stendhal, which I am now rereading. Despite the fact that the novel is absolutely not gastronomic, there is so much passion and fire in it, which sometimes boil in my small kitchen and later in the photo studio.))
