Peel the plums from the seeds and cut into pieces. Then grease the baking dish with butter, sprinkle with two tablespoons of sugar and carefully spread the plums. Sprinkle two more tablespoons of sugar on top.
Now we are preparing the dough. Mix eggs with sugar, sift flour to them and pour in milk. Mix until smooth. The dough should be liquid, like for pancakes. Fill them with plums. We put the mold in a preheated 170 degree oven.

Klafuti cooks for about an hour. To check for readiness, pierce it with a toothpick. If it stays dry, then the dessert is ready.

Before serving, it is desirable to cool the clafuti, you can sprinkle with powdered sugar.
