A simple sweet cake on kefir is suitable for this occasion. The products necessary for the preparation of this baking are always available in the refrigerator. And it is prepared very simply and quickly, it turns out very tasty and sweet.

Then pour in the sifted flour. Mix until smooth. The dough should turn out thick as sour cream.
