Yeast pies like fluff

Amazingly delicious and airy pastries! Pies like fluff are made from yeast dough on kefir. When I was doing this kind of baking for the first time, I was pleasantly surprised. The dough turned out to be so tender and light. During proofing, the pies rise before our eyes. Finished pastries do not stale for a long time. You can use any filling for pies. This time I made apple pies. Very tasty and satisfying with milk or tea.
