1. In a deep bowl, sift flour with baking powder and cocoa, add a pinch of vanilla. In a separate container, melt the chocolate and butter, cool.

2. Break the eggs into a bowl, pour sugar, beat with a mixer, and then combine with a chocolate-cream mass. Pour milk and hot water into the mixture, mix.

3. Combine the resulting mass with the dry ingredients, mix with a whisk, pour the chocolate liqueur, mix. 

4. Pour the dough into a form lined with parchment (or oiled), send it to the oven preheated to 200 degrees, bake for 45-50 minutes.

5. Break the egg into a bowl, add sugar, pour milk, mix with a whisk, send it to the fire. Cook the cream until thickened, about 4-5 minutes.

6. Beat the butter with a mixer, add vanilla sugar and cooled cream, beat until smooth. Then pour the cocoa and pour the liqueur, beat thoroughly. 

7. We cut the biscuit into two cakes, generously smear with cream, and also cover the sides with cream. We send the cake to the refrigerator for half an hour.

8. Heat the cream over low heat, break the chocolate into pieces, put it in a bowl. Pour the chocolate with hot cream, stir until it melts.

9. Let the glaze cool, then cover the surface of the cake with it. We decorate the delicacy with chocolate chips, send it to the refrigerator for 8 hours (overnight).
