Sift the flour and add baking powder to it, grate the butter and salt. Add the crumbled cheese and finely chopped parsley. We will grind everything into crumbs, add kefir and quickly knead the dough. Roll it out on a silicone mat, about 1 cm high and cut it arbitrarily. Smear the top with a beaten egg. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Very tasty!
