Today I suggest you cook a grated cake with apricot jam from
of shortbread dough.

1. Beat the softened butter with sugar (the butter should be at room temperature), add the eggs and continue to beat with a mixer.

2. Add the sifted flour and baking powder.

3. We mix everything well.

4. Put the dough in the freezer for 1 hour (the oil should freeze).

5. Divide the dough into 2 parts.

6. On a greased baking sheet, rub one part of the dough and lightly press it forming the bottom and sides.

7. Spread the jam on top and rub the rest of the dough.
