Cooking method

Cooking time: 2 h 50 min

1. Put the yeast in a bowl, add sugar and pour in warm water. Leave for 15 minutes to activate the yeast.

2. Sift the flour into a bowl, add salt.

3. Pour in the melted butter, as well as vegetable oil, break the egg and add sour cream.

4. Enter the yeast and knead a soft dough.

5. Assemble the dough into a bun and, covering with a film, leave for an hour and a half.

6. Put the cottage cheese in a spacious container, add sugar, add sour cream and egg white. Rub the mixture with a spoon.

7. Divide the dough into 10 balls and use a glass to make depressions in the center of each ball.

8. Line the baking sheet with parchment, place the blanks on it, then fill the recesses with stuffing.

9. Dilute the remaining yolk with milk and lubricate the baking surface. Place in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for half an hour.
