Milk mannikin without flour

Prepare something incredibly delicious for tea! And without flour at all! Mannik according to this recipe is a super pie that is prepared without flour, but it turns out to be very tender and delicious. From the presented amount of ingredients today I got 7 portioned "mannikins" and one small mannikin. Of all the above, one piece remains, the rest has "sunk into eternity")) This pleases me, so it was delicious!

Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 15 min

1. In a deep bowl, pour the semolina, pour it with milk, mix.

2. Beat eggs with sugar with a mixer until fluffy.

3. Combine both masses, pour oil, beat with a mixer and let stand for a while (about 15 minutes).

4. Lubricate the mold with vegetable oil (you can take portion molds for cupcakes), pour in the dough (here you can show imagination and put candied fruits or raisins in the molds, or you can also fresh berries or pieces of chocolate - in a word, everything you love).

5. Bake the mannikin in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, until ready. It takes exactly 40 minutes to bake in my oven.

6. Let the finished mannikin cool down a little, then sprinkle it with powdered sugar.

Serve it on the table, eat with pleasure!
