Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 15 min

1. Pour olive oil and tomato brine into a bowl.

2. Pour sugar, soda into the liquid, sift part of the flour. Mix the mass, after which we introduce the remaining flour in parts, knead a soft dough that does not stick to the hands.

3. Roll out the dough into a layer, about 0.5 cm thick, and cut out the cookies using curly molds (you can simply cut into squares, lozenges or circles using a glass).

4. We line the baking sheet with parchment and lay out the cookies.

5. Bake in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 20 minutes.

That's it! Of course, you don't need to eat hot. Wait until the cookies cool down and start drinking tea.

Eat with pleasure!
