Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 20 min

1. Defrost the fish, peel off the scales, gut, wash and dry.
2. Prepare sour cream sauce, for which, in a deep dish, mix sour cream, spices for fish, salt and pepper.
3. Peel and finely chop the onion.
4. Line the baking sheet with foil and grease with vegetable oil.
5. Spread the prepared fish with sauce on one side and place this side in the center of the foil.
6. Smear the red-eye sauce inside and put the chopped onion there.
7. Put lemon slices on top of the carcass and pour the remaining sauce over the fish.
8. Carefully shape the foil envelope so that it does not touch the fish poured with sauce.
9. Bake the red eye for 25-30 minutes in a preheated 180 degree oven.

Serve the baked red-eye hot with or without a side dish.
