1. For the dough, sift flour into a bowl, add a quarter cup of sugar, egg and soft butter. Mix and knead a soft, non-sticky dough.
2. Line the cake pan with parchment and brush with a little oil.
3. Roll out the dough into a layer and put it into a mold, making the sides 2-3 cm high.
4. Wash the plums, dry them, remove the bones, and cut the flesh into slices.
5. Sprinkle the cake with starch, beautifully put plums on it. Bake the pie - the oven temperature is 190 degrees, the time is about 30-40 minutes.
6. Let the pie cool, sprinkle the plums with sugar and chopped nuts. Depending on the sweetness of the plums, you will need 0.5-1 tablespoon of sugar for this.
