Cooking method

Cooking time: 4 hours

1. Wash the egg, break it into a bowl.
2. Add salt, plain and vanilla sugar to the egg, mix.
3. Put the softened butter, then you need to stir.
4. Add sour cream, mix again.
5. Sift the flour, mix with baking powder and pour into a bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
6. Put the poppy. Adjust the amount to your taste. If you like to have a lot of poppy seeds, feel free to put more.
7. Mix the dough thoroughly until smooth. Form a ball out of it, put it away for 3 hours in a cold place.
8. Sprinkle a little flour on the work surface, roll out the dough into a layer 4-5 mm thick.
9. Cut the dough layer into rectangles. In principle, you can give any shape to cakes, for example, by cutting out figures from the dough with the help of molds.
10. Cover the baking sheet with parchment, put the cakes on it.
11. Place the baking sheet in the oven (preheated to 180 degrees) for 20 minutes. Cookies should become appetizing-ruddy.
12.Transfer the finished cookies to a beautiful dish. Wait until the cookies have cooled down and you can serve it to the table.
