1. Sift the flour and pour it into a bowl.

4. Pour a little milk into the bowl, continuing to knead the dough. Knead it until it stops sticking to your hands. The dough turns out soft and elastic.

5. Sprinkle the work surface with flour and roll out the dough on it into a layer 5-7 mm thick.

6. With the help of a glass, it is necessary to cut out tortillas.

7. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper, put the future tortillas on it, pierce them from above with a fork. This is necessary in order for the cakes inside to bake better.

8. Put the tortillas to bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30 minutes.

The tortillas are ready and you can serve them to the table.
