Strawberry pies

Bake the most summer and fragrant pies with wild strawberries! Strawberries do not happen a lot and it is always a pity to "translate" them into jam or some other preparations - we enjoy it fresh. But here are the pies at least once in the summer, but we bake. Because it's very tasty! Simply divine aroma and incomparable taste!

Cooking method

Cooking time: 45 min

1. Pick strawberries.

2. Roll out the dough and cut into equal squares.

3. Put berries in the center of each square layer, sprinkle them with sugar.

4. Pinch the edges of the square from above.

5. Place the pies on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.

6. Beat the egg and grease the top of the pies with it.

7. Place the baking sheet in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 20 minutes (until the pastry is browned).

The pies are ready and you can serve them to the table or wait for them to cool down a little.
