Cooking method

Cooking time: 30 min

1. To begin with, we clean the peppers from the insides. Only it is necessary to leave the tails so that there is more space inside for the filling, which we will fill each half with. Of course, it's better if you still took large peppers, then the portions will be larger. But you can also make more peppers, but with small portions of meat.
2. We process tomatoes separately. First you need to separate the skin. To do this, boil the water and put the tomatoes in it for about a minute. Then we take out the tomatoes, they cool down quickly and you can peel them very easily. We cut the already peeled tomatoes into small cubes, about 0.5 × 0.5 cm, no more.
3. Now we need to mix all the minced meat together. So, mix the minced meat and chopped tomatoes. Add salt, pepper and additional spices to taste. We also add 2 tablespoons of yogurt without additives. Mix everything thoroughly.
4. Now we put the pepper halves on the baking sheet on which our dish will be prepared. In each half we put a ready-made stuffing of minced meat.
5. We put it in a preheated oven at 180-200 degrees for 30 minutes.
6. After 30 minutes, we take out a baking sheet and sprinkle each pepper with grated cheese. We put it on for another 10 minutes – we wait for the cheese to melt and a crust to form.
7. Our dish is ready and bon appetit!)
