Minced tacos

Colorful Mexican-style dinner. Please your loved ones! One of the favorite dishes in our family, so I cook it very often. You can always add or replace something and tacos get a new taste. A crispy tortilla is generally something amazing to taste. And if a party or just a friendly get-together is suddenly planned - what a way out! And simple, and quite original, and quite easy to cook.

Taco tortillas can be prepared by yourself or used ready-made. I prefer the second option - I buy tortillas in the store, 1 tortilla is needed for one serving.

You can take any meat - pork, beef, chicken, and turkey. Our family especially liked this dish with ground beef, because we will use it in the recipe.

Heat up a frying pan with vegetable oil, put the minced meat there and fry on high heat for a few minutes. Salt, add spices, mix and turn down the heat.

Finely chop the garlic. Add it to the meat, also add the chili sauce and continue to fry the contents of the pan until cooked.

Meanwhile, grease the tortillas with olive oil, put them on the grill and bake them in the oven at 190 degrees for about 5 minutes. This is necessary in order for the tortillas to be crispy.

Cut tomatoes into cubes, onions into half rings. Now you can collect tacos.

Put a whole lettuce leaf in the tortilla, pour minced meat on top, add some chopped tomatoes and onions. All. You can enjoy a delicious Mexican dish!
