Homemade crackers

Prepare crispy, appetizing, ruddy crackers. It's very tasty! I haven't bought crackers in the store for a long time, so cooking them at home is very simple and fast. And they taste just amazing! Such crumbly - you can lick your fingers. Children just love to eat them with milk. In addition, instead of flax seeds, you can put something else, for example, poppy seeds or sesame seeds.

Cooking method

1. In a suitable sized bowl, mix the sifted flour - wheat and corn.

2. Add milk, olive oil, sugar, salt and baking powder.

3. Knead the dough. It will turn out quite cool.

4. Add flax seeds to the dough and knead it again so that the seeds are evenly distributed. Flax seeds are added as desired. They can be replaced with sesame seeds, poppy seeds, ground nuts, etc.

5. Roll out the dough into a layer 3-5 mm thick, then cut it into squares.

6. Cover the baking sheet with foil or parchment paper, put the future crackers on top and put them in a preheated oven to 190 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
