Chicken breast salad with plums and couscous

Original light salad for hot summer days. Plums are universal soldiers of cooking. They are used in compotes, fried, pickled and even salted. In this salad, plums refresh the composition and give a light touch of perfection!!!

    Prepare the sauce: finely chop the rosemary, grate the zest on a fine grater. In a small jar, mix all the ingredients for the sauce, close the lid and shake the jar until the sauce becomes homogeneous. Leave to infuse.

    Couscous pour 100 ml of boiling water, cover and let stand for 5-7 minutes.

    Make diagonal cuts on the chicken fillet and grease the chicken with adjika from all sides. Transfer the chicken to a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake in a preheated 200* oven for 15 minutes.
