Rustic bread with honey

The bread is very tasty, airy, almost does not stale... A family of four people has enough bread from one batch according to this recipe for 5 days and at the same time it does not get stale. The recipe is suitable for a slow cooker (it is baked for 1 hour in the Pie mode, then it is turned over, baked for another 30 minutes), and for a bread maker.
