Cooking method

Cooking time: 40 min

Cut pepper into half rings, finely dill and coarsely spinach. Chop the onion into a diamond shape. Cut the fat into small rectangles. In a preheated frying pan, pour a tablespoon of sunflower oil and fry the fat to the state of flakes. When the pork rinds are dried, then carefully move them to another bowl. Reduce the heat of the stove below average. Put pepper in a frying pan with fat, fry for a few seconds, add dill, spinach, onion to it.
Mix and let it fry for a minute. At this time, grate hard cheese into a small hole. We will beat the eggs into a homogeneous mass with a light foam. Add a little salt, pepper and cheese to them. Mix it up. Put the oven on 240 degrees to warm up. Carefully add the egg mixture to the pan. Do not mix! Spread the eggs evenly so that they reach the bottom of the pan.
Split Mozzarella cheese in half. Cut one part into small cubes and immerse them in a frittata. The remaining part will be grated into a small hole and distributed on its surface . Let the egg mixture boil. After that, we put the pan in the oven on the "grill" program 240 degrees for 4 minutes. Frittata is ready!
Bon appetit!
