    A piece of pork ribs is washed, dried with a paper towel. If necessary, we remove streaks and films from the ribs. After preparation, salt and pepper the meat, rub with spices for pork, mustard.

    Proceed to the preparation of the sauce. Mix the juices squeezed out of lemon and orange, then add honey and soy sauce to the juice mixture.

    Place the ribs in a bowl or other dish and pour the prepared marinade. We leave the meat for marinating for 2 hours, tightening the bowl with cling film or covering it with a lid.

    After the specified time, we put the ribs in a baking dish, pour the marinade and place it in a preheated oven.

    Before baking, you can (but this is not necessary) cover the form with the ribs with a sheet of foil and bake half the time (30 min.) like this. Then remove the foil and bake for another 30 minutes until a golden crust forms. In general, we bake the ribs at 180-200 degrees. for 1 hour, periodically watering them with marinade on top.
