Herring with vegetables baked in parchment

Delicious, healthy and very budget dish from your favorite herring. On average, it costs a little more than a hundred rubles, taking into account the fact that I buy expensive herring-olyutorskaya. We have it at 80 rubles per kilo. But you might as well buy a regular one for 45 rubles. It's just smaller. This dish has its roots in the hungry nineties. There are empty shelves in stores, empty wallets in bags. But the sea-here it is, nearby! There was always an opportunity to fish something out of it! Carrots and onions have always been on sale. And no oil is needed in this dish! Those who did not have an oven simply steamed this fish in a large saucepan or frying pan, with a small amount of water. But still, it turns out to be the most delicious when baked in the oven, and it is in parchment (baking paper). I do not recommend baking in foil-when wrapping, microcracks form in it, through which the juice flows out.

After that, turn off the oven and leave the fish there for another hour. During this time, it will cool down to a warm state and will be even tastier! Unfold, spread on a platter and decorate with herbs. Bon appetit!
