Self-Sufficient Loaf

On Sunday, please your loved ones with such an unusual breakfast! The name of this dish was given by my husband. Interesting and humorous! Actually, this is a variant of an omelet for breakfast, only baked in dough. Very satisfying! It is delicious both warm and cold. I cooked it once, since then the household has been constantly asking to bake this loaf! In addition, it looks very nice on a platter, so you can cook it as a snack for a festive table.

After the cake is baked until golden brown, take it out of the oven and cool it slightly.
