    We form cheesecakes from the curd mass, put 1 tsp (slightly more or less) of boiled condensed milk in the center of each cheesecake. During the formation, we help with flour.

    Bake the cheesecakes at 180 C until golden brown. In total, I got 18 cheesecakes.

    To make the cheesecakes soft and tender, we will prepare a filling sauce for them. Mix sour cream with sugar (take it to taste) and vanilla tincture.

    We put the cheesecakes in a mold and pour the sauce, it should cover the cheesecakes by half. We put the mold in the oven and bring the sauce to a boil. Turn off and serve.
