Cooking:
1. Chop cold butter with flour, salt, powdered sugar and vanilla, add eggs and cold water. Knead the shortbread dough, roll it into a ball and wrap it in a film. Put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
2. Make 25 circles with a diameter of 7 cm from the dough, press straws into them (these will be legs) and 25 circles with a diameter of 3 cm (this will be the head). Preheat the oven to 180 C and bake for 20-25 minutes.
3. For the cream, whisk the proteins with citric acid into a light foam, then add sugar and put it in a hot water bath, whisk until the volume increases two to three times. Remove from the bath and whisk until dense peaks form.
4. Put the cream in a pastry bag and put it on large circles – it will be fur, attach small circles to the cream to large ones.
5. Draw eyes and a nose on small circles with melted chocolate. Using the cream, attach the halves of almonds or peanuts – these are ears. The mouth is a confectionery sprinkle of red color to attach with melted chocolate or cream. Wait until the cream dries and you can drink tea!
