Beat eggs with sugar and honey. Add oil, mix. Add oatmeal and barley flakes, mix again. Pour baking powder, starch and flour, knead the dough. Mix raisins, pumpkin seeds. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for one hour so that the flakes swell a little. Stir in the ground nuts and leave in the refrigerator for another 30 minutes.

Cover the baking sheet with baking paper.

Tear off small pieces from the dough, form balls from them. If the balls are the size of a walnut, the cookies will be soft, if half as small, they will be more crispy.

Spread on a baking sheet at some distance, hoping that the cookies will double in size.

In a preheated 180-degree oven, bake oatmeal cookies for 20 minutes.
