First you need to dilute the yeast in warm water, put honey or sugar to them, stand for 10 minutes

Sifting flour in portions, gently knead the dough, pour into add vegetable oil at room temperature and add salt.

Knead the dough well for 10 minutes and put it in a bowl smeared with oil, cover it on top and put it in a warm place for half an hour.

Add 70-100 ml of vegetable oil to a bowl.

Divide the dough into 16 parts (I divided it into 32 parts).

Roll out all of these parts separately into a bundle about 15-20cm in length and tie a knot.

Put the buns on paper, close and leave to approach in a warm place until the buns double in size (15-20 minutes).

Roll the buns in butter, sprinkle sugar on top.

Oven preheated to 210 degrees. oven for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
