Almost every nation of the world living in northern and temperate latitudes has such solemn dates, the end of the time of hard summer work and the beginning of a series of holidays and holidays. At the agricultural fair, I learned this culinary recipe, which I am now happy to share with everyone. Many people try, and then often cook over and over again: on holidays and weekdays, in good weather and rainy days, and even for the New Year's table.

I heat water in a stainless coffee maker to 42 C and pour salt and a little flour, ground with yeast into it. Then I pour 100 grams of finely grated cheese and 150 grams of chopped onion into the dough. I mix all this, gradually pour in the rest of the flour. I weigh the dough and leave it to come up in a warm place under a clean towel until it doubles in volume. I grind it to release carbon dioxide and sprinkle the formed loaf with the onion and cheese that are left. I bake for about twenty-five minutes at 200 C in the oven, preheated to this temperature. I serve it with any food, but I especially like to make hot sandwiches with ham and tomato sauce from this bread.
