Rye bread at home

Healthy bread contains honey and cumin! Yummy! You can often hear that it is almost impossible to bake real rye bread at home. They say, they say, it is impossible to achieve the same traditional taste that distinguishes rye bread. This is true, but not quite. There is one interesting culinary recipe, thanks to which rye bread at home turns out awesome. I heard him at a party at one of his friends, who was talking about his findings in old cookbooks. This bread is not only prepared in a modern kitchen, but also using the most advanced technology - a bread maker. But you still have to prepare the dough manually.

First I dissolve honey and yeast in water at room temperature. I mix wheat and rye flour with the addition of cumin and salt, and I dilute malt in boiling water. I combine all the ingredients and knead the dough, which I put in a warm place for three whole hours. Then I squeeze it with my hands to get rid of carbon dioxide and put it in the form of a bread maker, where I bake it in the rye bread mode or just bake it in bread forms in the oven. Any meal with homemade rye bread will be delicious, but I prefer to serve mashed potatoes with fried mushrooms. Just delicious!
