Baked potatoes in uniform

Favorite dishes from the children's camp are now in your kitchen! I really like potatoes. Perhaps this is the vegetable that, in my opinion, is one of the most successful side dishes that can only be (unless, of course, you are allergic to it). It is cheap, nutritious and in its own way useful. I know many ways of cooking this food: from the simplest to quite complex. Now I would like to tell you about the culinary recipe of potatoes in uniform.

Let's get started! To begin with, we select the potatoes, rinse them thoroughly and scrape them with a non-sharp knife. This is necessary in order to clean the dirty topmost layer. Now preheat the oven to 180 degrees, take the baking rack, put the potatoes on it and put the filled grill in the oven for about 50-60 minutes. After this time, we take the potatoes out of the oven, make an incision on each root crop with a cross, squeeze it at the bottom so that it opens, put a little oil on top, sprinkle with herbs. Carefully put the hot potatoes on a platter and serve the ready side dish to the table. Bon appetit!
