In order to cook such a dish as a real baked trout in a fisherman's way, we must not forget, of course, about the two most important ingredients - fresh air and a fire. Without these two components, the culinary recipe will be incomplete, and you will realize that instead of a delicious dish, you have the most ordinary food. There will be no atmosphere and there will be just trout, without any fishing flavor. But if you managed to get out with friends on a fishing trip and catch fresh trout, let this recipe be at your fingertips.
So, put some small river stones in the pot and pour just enough water so that it barely covers their surface. Hang the pot over the fire and, when the water boils, pour crushed rock salt. Rinse and gut the trout and put it in a pot in 1-2 rows. The pot should be tightly closed with a lid and the trout is baked for about 20 minutes. That's it, the food is ready and it can be served until it cools down. Separately put the onion and tarragon on a plate, it will be even tastier with them.
These are the features of the national fishing cuisine!
