This cooking recipe does not involve anything complicated in cooking.
The food turns out to be very fragrant and appetizing.
First you need to prepare the fish. It needs to be washed well, make an incision on the abdomen and pull out all the insides, rinse the fish thoroughly from the inside again. The fins and head can be cut off, but in the finished form the fish looks more beautiful with them.
Well-washed mullet should be dried with a napkin. Then we make shallow incisions all over the carcass of the fish, rub it with salt and a small amount of pepper - inside and out.
Take a baking sheet and spread the foil on it. Pour a little olive oil on it and spread our mullet. We send a baking sheet with fish in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 20 minutes.
While the mullet is baking, we can cut olives or olives, lemon and prepare greens.
Then carefully take out the fish. After the baked mullet cools down a little, it can be put in a dish and decorated with rings of olives and lemon slices, as well as herbs.
