Not so long ago, my husband's parents, who live in the village, gave us beef ribs. To be honest, I have never had anything to do with this part of the cow's body before, that is, I did not cook any food from it. After thinking a little and finding a recipe suitable for me on the Internet, I cooked beef ribs in tomato. Now I will share with you the tricks of cooking this very tasty dish. To begin with, we thoroughly wash the ribs, cut into individual ribs. Now we put a pot of water to boil, put the ribs there and cook them for 5-7 minutes. After that, we take out the ribs. Now we mix Worcestershire and tomato sauces, paprika, sugar, garlic and chilli powder well. Then we add beef ribs to the sauce, transfer the whole mass to the pan, close it with a lid and leave the mixture to marinate overnight in the refrigerator. In the morning, we fry the marinated ribs in a corrugated frying pan or barbecue for 15 minutes.
