Now we knead the dough from all this, let it walk in a warm place for 20 minutes. Sift the remaining flour, pour it into a large bowl with a slide. Then put an egg, 100 grams of powdered sugar, lemon zest, sourdough and salt in the flour. Knead the dough with a mixer. After that, add the butter, raisins and mix everything well. Now sprinkle the board with flour, knead the dough on it, form a cake from it, put it in a closed container and let it walk for an hour.
After this time, grease the baking sheet with fat, tearing off a piece from a piece of dough and forming a rounded bun, spread 16 buns on the baking sheet.
Then put the baking sheet in a preheated 220 degree oven for about 20 minutes. Pre-lubricate each bun with a beaten egg.
