Cake for football fans

A wonderful football cake for real fans! I was arranging a birthday party for my son and was thinking how to please the boys gathered at the table, his friends. I found a wonderful recipe for a children's cake called "Soccer ball". I suggest you try to bake it.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 3 h 30 min

First, take the margarine for baking and mash it. Then add sugar and rub. You can beat it with a mixer, so it's faster. The color should turn light yellow. Continuing to beat, add the eggs. Then flour, sifted beforehand.
After flour comes milk. Chop the almonds and put them in the dough too. Take a shape similar to a ball. Lubricate it and put a circle of special baking paper on the bottom. Next, put the dough. It needs to be shaken a little so that it fits more tightly into the shape.
Bake for 1.5 hours at a temperature of 170 degrees. During this time, you can make a marzipan mass. Put water in a saucepan on the stove. When it boils, put the almonds in it for one or two minutes.
Remove and peel. Then fry it for 10 minutes in a frying pan. During this time, cook the syrup. Chop the almonds and mix with the syrup. Heat it for 3 minutes. It is necessary to interfere. Remove from the stove and let cool. Then scroll through the meat grinder. Split in half. Add chocolate melted in a water bath to one.
Wrap both parts of the marzipan in plastic wrap and set aside for a while. We make cream for the cake. Boil 2 tablespoons of water and add cocoa. Then beat the butter. Then pour in the cocoa and add powdered sugar.
Remove the cake from the oven and cut into three horizontal pieces. Lubricate each with the prepared cream. Place the peaches from the jar on top. Put the layers together. Spread the cream on top too. Get the marzipan and roll it into a layer.
Cut hexagons. Put them under a wet towel so that it does not dry out. Then put them on the cake, like on a soccer ball. Put the cake in the refrigerator. It is better to cover with a wet towel. Bon appetit!
